J Y Huang had established a comprehensive in-house deployment of IT since 1996. All computers in the office are connected via 10/100 Ethernet hub ensuring fast tranfer of large drawing files. Our web server had been up in-house since 1999 and we are connected 24 hr via Singnet's lease line. Besides the webserver, the office have email and FTP servers. The office had been using the internet for presenting projects to certain Clients and consultants since 1999. The office regularly upgrade the computer hardware and software.

Our Admin staffs and Architects are using iMacs for their works. For the Designers and Project drafting/CAD we have Macintosh G3, G4 and the latest Pentium PCs. As the office staffs are well versed in Mac & PCs, we are able to design and complete works in either format.
For field works and site studies, the office uses NIKON Coolpix 700 & 950 to capture fine digital photographs.
Other equipment include HP DesignJet 750 AO size colour printer, Cannon networked Scanner, networked Printer and NEC LCD Mtg Data Projector.
Our future aim is to set up our knowledge database where all our project files could be stored digitally.
